Problem/Cause
You might receive this warning message when you try to issue or reissue an e-ticket.
This issue is caused when the system has warned that it cannot make a match. However, this is just a warning.
Customer Action
1. Re-enter the same issuance entry, enter, for example: TTP/Tx/RT. Since this is a warning when performing a name change reissue, the ticket should be reissued.
2. If the issue continues after the second attempt, before creating a new PNR, check the name element in the e-ticket record first. Then create the PNR and add the name exactly as it appears in the e-ticket record.
An e-ticket record shows the passenger's name as, for example: 1 PAX/MARYMS
Note that there is no space between MARY and MS. If the name element is entered differently, for example: NM1PAX/MARY MS, the revalidation/exchange/reissue transaction will generate this error message.
3. Check the FO element (original/issued in exchange for element) to ensure that it has the passenger’s correct ticket number. This error is returned if the FO line contains the wrong ticket number, for example, the FO line associated to passenger 4 contains the ticket number belonging to passenger 5.
4. For reissues, the FHE/FA line should be present in the PNR. If you are unable to add the ticket as FHE due to this error message, add the FO line manually.
Enter, for example:
FOXXX-12345678901E1KUL26FEB22/P2

More details
To provide more secured services for travel agents and airlines, Amadeus does a name check between the PNR and the e-ticket record at the time of revalidation and exchange/reissue:
- Current system processing does not allow a name change when the original e-ticket
FAelement is present in a PNR - When the revalidation is based on an
FHline in the PNR, the system checks if the passenger's name and type in the PNR matches the name and type in the e-ticket record - The name associated to the
FOline is checked to ensure that the passenger's name and type in the PNR matches the name and type in the e-ticket record
