How to revalidate

Note: For e-ticket coupons status different than O or A, contact the airline. Only the airline can change the status.

1. Display the e-ticket. Enter:
   TWD


2. Check that the e-ticket coupons status is O or A.

3. Revalidate the e-ticket. Enter, for example:
   TTP/ETRV/L24/S4-5/E3-4

   /L24	FA or FHE e-ticket line number
   /S4-5	Changed segment numbers
   /E3-4	Original e-ticket coupon numbers

   
   If there is no FA or FHE element in the PNR, enter the e-ticket number with the FHE entry and associate it to both the changed segments and the passenger.
   
   Enter HE FH or HE ETT for more information.

4. Enter TWDRT to display the e-ticket again and check that the segments in the PNR match the segments in the e-ticket record.
   
   When you revalidate an e-ticket, the airline might allow you to manually update the Not Valid Before (NVB) and Not Valid After (NVA) dates.
   For example, enter:
   TTP/ETRV/L24/S4-5/E3-4/NVB10FEB/NVA15FEB

   Note: You can either update the NVB or NVA date or both. This doesn't modify the TST, but the e-ticket is considered as manually priced and is no longer guaranteed by Amadeus.

How to check if the airline allows the revalidation?

1. Enter HE ETT XX (xx = airline code).
